PeopleHR Icon Guide

A quick guide on the icons and actions used when reviewing and syncing employee data from PeopleHR to Ocerli.

Description

                         

Ready to sync - Indicates the record is ready to sync. Any recommended updates in Ocerli may also be available for review

                           

Validation Failed - Unable to sync until updates have been made in either PeopleHR or Ocerli

                         

New record - Represents a new record that has been identified and is ready to be reviewed for syncing

                         

Edit - Allows you to edit the employee record in Ocerli prior to syncing

                     

Clear All (All Pages) - Clears all selected items across all pages of the list, not just the current view.

                           

Select All Valid Employees (All Pages) - Selects all valid employee records across all pages that are ready for syncing. Only records that have passed validation checks (e.g., no warnings or errors) will be selected

                           

Select Valid Changed Employees (All Pages) - Selects all valid employee records with changes across all pages. Only records that have passed validation and contain updates or differences will be selected
