Master Data - Cross- Client Transfer
We’ve added a cross-client transfer option for organisations moving between Ocerli databases, or for employees moving between organisations with ease.
Any sensitive data must be shared in line with GDPR data transfer policies and laws.
Download the employee Master Data for transfer to another database
If you have an organisation transferring to another database using Ocerli you can download the employee master data using the instructions below so that the employee records can be re-created in another database.
Import employee master data from another database using the cross-client transfer
Once a file has been provided using the chosen secure file transfer method, you will need to check that the fields below have corresponding/matching entries for both the import file and the organisation the data is being imported into:
- Organisation name
- Departments
- Organisation pay schedule (description)
- Working hours patterns (description)
Once these have been checked, please follow the steps below to import the data.
