No T14 found

Check each listed employee and ensure a T14 record exists. Recalculate the payroll or regenerate the T14 data before resubmitting.

 

Tax Ref must be filled

 

The tax reference field is blank or missing.

 

Update the employee or employer record with a valid tax reference number, then recalculate and resubmit.

 

Tax reference not found

 

The provided tax reference does not exist in the Revenue system.

 

Verify the tax reference with the Revenue Service and ensure it is entered correctly in the system.

 

Invalid Tax Reference

 

The tax reference format is incorrect or invalid.

 

Check the format and accuracy of the tax reference and update it according to Revenue requirements.

 

Tax Reference / NINO mismatch

 

The tax reference does not match the associated NINO for the employee.

 

Confirm both the tax reference and NINO with official records and correct any inconsistencies.

 

No Employment link found

 

No employment relationship has been established for the employee in the system.

 

Ensure the employee is correctly linked to the employer and that the employment record exists before submission.

 

Unable to find NINO

 

NINO provided cannot be located in the system.

 

Verify the NINO with the employee or Revenue Service and ensure it is entered correctly.
