How to bulk import employee users
In this article you'll learn how to use the bulk import feature to add employee users to Ocerli for access to their payslip portal accounts.
This feature is useful for creating multiple employee users in bulk, for adding individual employee access please see our guide on creating a new employee user linked here.
Some employers find it useful to send an email to employees in advance of sending out their payslip portal invitations, so that employees will know what to expect and won't mark the invitation emails as spam. We've created an optional template of communications which you can find here.
Please note: Once users have been added to your database, they will be able to login to their accounts immediately and will have access to any visible payslip created for their associated employee record.
