Top Tip! We always advise against changing pay schedules as it leads to confusion/errors down the line.
There are some rules around disabling a pay schedule, you are unable to disable a pay schedule if you have any in progress or locked pay runs in the 'incomplete' area of the payroll screen and if your employees haven't been moved from that pay schedule. Before you proceed with disabling a pay schedule, please ensure all employees have been removed from this schedule.
